Smoke Nest Package Protection is a service provided by Smoke Nest that offers protection for packages against loss, theft, or damage during transit. When you purchase Smoke Nest Package Protection for your shipment, this service insures the items in your package for their full value. This protection provides peace of mind for customers, ensuring that valuable shipments are safeguarded throughout the shipping process. Please note, Smoke Nest Package Protection is only for domestic orders being shipped within the United States.

How Do I File a Claim on My Order?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, you can file a claim by submitting a ticket through our “Customer Support” section.

How Long Do I Have to File a Claim With Smoke Nest?

  • Marked As Delivered (Stolen): Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. In some cases, Smoke Nest may require a police report before moving forward with an order issue.
  • Stuck In Transit (Lost): Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 10 business days and no later than 30 calendar days from the time the order is placed.
  • Damaged: Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 5 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
